The basic functionalities of multi-project management and communication, which are the most suitable choice for smaller project teams, are available in the LITE subscription package, while the ADVANCED and ENTERPRISE packages are more suitable for managing a larger number of different participants, project finances, and reporting automation needs. For one-time projects involving multiple organizations, we recommend the CONSORTIUM subscription package. You can pay for the use of the 4PM web application on a monthly or yearly basis. If you opt for yearly payment, you can save up to 15%.
4PM offers you complete flexibility. You can cancel or switch between subscription packages at any time.
The introduction of 4PM into the organization begins with an analysis of business processes, which provides a list of activities that facilitate task scheduling and data entry. The administrator must set up general codes that will facilitate data entry and subsequent analysis.
It is also necessary to prepare lists of users, organizations, and contact persons. We also recommend preparing an internal policy for the use of 4PM, in which you determine the rules for assigning user rights, who is responsible for entering which data into 4PM, who has access to the data, which documents we will upload to 4PM, etc. Once 4PM is established, we can conduct user training, where we present the basic principles of project management using 4PM.
The number of people or users on your team is unlimited. You can change the number of projects by logging into your user account and adding new projects or deleting existing ones. Consequently, your next monthly bill will reflect a higher or lower price for the package that corresponds to your needs.
Certainly. You can customize the rights at the user account, project, or user level. At the account level, the user can be an administrator, member, or custom user. Granting rights requires mandatory registration of a user account to access 4PM. In addition to user account-level rights, team members can have custom security access for each project, including editing, managing, or collaborating access.

Once your 30-day trial period is over, access to 4PM with your assigned username and password will be disabled unless you choose to purchase one of the paid subscription packages.

Hosting is done on servers provided by Arctur d.o.o., which ensures the highest standards of business compliance and maintenance of security protocols and data security based on the use of secure SSL communication.
We only invoice subscribers for the use of 4PM, with a 15-day payment deadline indicated on the invoice. Payment by credit card, PayPal, or other forms of payment is currently not available.
4PM also allows for the purchase of a license that enables unrestricted use of 4PM. If 4PM is hosted on our servers, you will still need to pay monthly hosting and maintenance fees. This includes general upgrades and improvements to 4PM, technical support, and maintenance.
